I recently discovered this site: www.EpicWords.com I've really found it
useful and thought I'd share. You can track XP, loot, have wikis for your campaign... all kinds of stuff. Here is my RARE campaign: http://www.epicwords.com/campaigns/29

This is pretty neat- This is for an online game Frost? (I've never played online, so excuse me if it's a stupid question)-
I looked briefly at the characters, are you using some different splats and whatnot?- I saw some feats and items I'd not heard of before.

My campaign is a tabletop game, but I'd imagine this site would be useful for any type of campaign. I have allowed a few extra splatbooks... ha, I better
check to see what people have. I'm allowing the Player's Handbook II as well.
Yeah, one of my friends (who has posted here as Ingestible1) is starting up Grey Citadel. I'm pretty excited about that as I finally get a chance to play (as opposed to DMing). Edited: You likely mean the Ascetic Rogue feat. I forget where the player pulled that from, but it allows rogue and monk levels to stack (I think

They've now added a "forum" feature as well. This is really a great site, folks. Even if you don't have players that are active in
communicating online, it can be helpful to organize your campaign. To me, it's sort of feels like an online campaign Trapper Keeper.

Hi Folks,
I received this email yesterday... looks like it is time to create an account while the getting is good... ---- Hello and thanks for trying out the EpicWords beta! 1) Thanks! This is our first general announcement to the Epic Words community. We want thank everyone for trying out Epic Words while it is in beta! Many of you have given us great feedback. Finding bugs, suggesting features and other helpful information. As a reward, we are granting everyone who signs up before November 15th, 2008 a special account type: EARLY ADOPTER! Some of Epic Words' features will only be accessible to those with paid accounts. As early adopters, you will get a taste of these features 2) New features!! Some of you may have noticed that we've been sneaking in new features every once in a while. Most of the features will be available to users with free accounts, but some are only available to those with paid accounts and early adopters (That's YOU!). These features include: i) Wikis - The site has had wikis for a while now, but there are some things you might not know about them: Wiki's are only viewable to the players and GM in your campaign. You can limit which players can see your wiki by setting the permissions to "GM Only". Then, you can grant viewing permissions to any individual player you want. Also, while editing a wiki, you can use the "Include" button to insert the content of another wiki into the one you are editing. Permissions are honored when viewing the wikis, so players can only see the content they are allowed to see. ii) References - This is a set of definitions that are editable by the players and game master for any campaign. References are accessible from Wikis tab of campaigns. Any time a 'reference' appears in the campaign blog or wiki, a link to the definition is created automatically. Players can mouse over the link to get a quick summary of the definition. This is a great way to remember NPCs and locations and other campaign information. iii) Forums - Another way for you to communicate with your campaign members is through the campaign forum. Where the blogs are meant to be "in-character" journals of the campaign events, the forums are for players and GMs to discuss things "out-of-character". Use the campaign forum to plan strategies, schedule your next session or argue over what pizza toppings to order. In addition, campaign settings have their own forums for players and GMs. Campaign setting forums allow users to interact with other Epic Word users running/playing in their own campaign within the same setting. The most recent threads in the campaign forums show up on the campaign's main page. iv) Private Messages - You can now send messages to other users of Epic Words. This is a convenient way to send messages without revealing your email address. v) File storage and sharing - This feature is only available to paid users and early adopters, like yourselves. You can attach character sheets, maps or other files to your characters and campaigns and share them with other members of the campaign. As the GM you can allow the players to upload files to your campaign (Even those with free accounts!). Since files uploaded to your campaign count against your own disk quota, this is disabled by default. You can go to your campaign's "Edit" tab to enable it. 3) End of the Beta We are scheduled to end the Beta program on November 15th, 2008. At that point, new users will be given "FREE" accounts. Encourage your friends/players/GMs to sign up before then to get access to "early adopter" features. As the site develops new features may not be available in whole or in part to "free" accounts. i) Free accounts get access to: Blogs, Wikis, References, Forums, Loot tracker, Experience point tracker. They may create 1 campaign as the game master, and up to 3 characters. ii) Early Adopters get the same benefits as Free accounts. In addition, they also get 100 MB storage space for files. They may create up to 3 campaigns as the game master, and up to 5 characters iii) Paid users get the same benefits as Free accounts. In addition, they also get 1 GB storage space for files. They may create up to 10 campaigns as the game master, and up to 15 characters Thanks again for all your help in supporting the site! If you have any questions, concerns, comments, suggestions, gripes, or you're just feeling lonely and want someone to talk to, please don't hesitate to send us an email! We want to turn Epic Words into the most awsome-est RPG site evah! We want to prove the players and GMs with all the tools they need/want to enjoy their table-top games as much as possible. -Jonathan You're friendly neighborhood Epic Words Admin |

I have just opened an account for my Curse of The Crimson Throne adventure. I hope my players will participate. this is really a group porject and will
benefit all the players if they join in. One of our players is fond of taking notes on his laptop during the sessions so it would be easy for him to copy or
upload his musings. Oh and by the way, the blog is bilingual for our amis français who will play this campaing.
