Hello, I am going to be running Grey Citadel as the next adventure in my Danzig-themed campaign. The campaign is converting to 4th edition. I'm looking
forward to it! I thought I'd start this thread to post conversion notes and reports. It's neat to know the author will read it.
So far, I think I will substitute the first Dretche encounter with the "Evistro" demons from the new MM, and use "Shadow Hounds" in place of the Howlers in the next encounter.
As far as campaign converting goes, I have introduced Kenkus as a re-occuring group so I may use them for the Ebon Triad. Unfortunately there are no Kenkus in the new MM. I'll figure something out.
My only concern is the whole shift in when certain abilities become available. Are there any encounters that require, say, Fly before Fly becomes available in 4e? Also, I'll have to come up with a 4e "Fiendish" template.
We'll probably get into it towards the end of the summer.
Cheers!
Durn
