Tori decides to tie her boot just before the bolt strikes her, and as a result it merely burns off a good amount of her hair. (Tori takes 9 electrical damage) Boeriks, curious about the sudden smell of ozone, turns toward the bolt of lightning, and is struck clear in the face. (Boeriks takes 18 electrical damage) By the time the bolt disappears, he stands charred soot-black, his wide eyes blinking, like Marvin Martian when Bugs Bunny is through with him. Roll=18 Edit: Looking at his current hit points on his online character sheet, Boeriks crumbles to the ground in a smoking pile of flesh. (he is at -5 hit points and is dying)

I didn't expect it, i thought it would just be a poison needle trap, and there wasn't one. Tori, I'm sorry. Can you help him?" Michiko rambles on in the ozone filled room. She runs over to the barbarian, knells beside him, and looks up in desperation at Tori. P.S. The codes are not exactly the same as on the wizards site.

I was running the big B at the end of the day, but I don't have the scrap paper I was using for notes. {the wife cleaned up since then } I know Boeriks took some damage, but I remember the main problem was that we had to chase the trog aroung 'cause she had a mighty high AC. We didn't take damage during the chase, but I have forgotten what he was down to from the main battle.

I know I should probably be doing that, but I've never figured out how in OpenRPG. Though Cinnar clued me into a new command last session that is probably related... Yes, I do believe that Boeriks took damage after Bartolus left. The question is...did he take five or more damage?

I will try and figure that out and get it sorted next session so that we don't have this problem again. In the meantime, Boeriks profits from my mistake, and is only dropped to -5. He is, however, dying, and needs to be stabilized within 5 rounds.

He hears a great battle, and feels a heavy rain falling on his brow...and the thunder! Amid the blood and chaos he hears singing. But it is not a sad song. It is a song of welcoming and victory. In the distance of Boeriks mind he sees a tremendous mountaintop. And a familiar figure standing atop it, not quite discernible. Of a sudden, he begins rushing toward the mountain...or is it the mountain to him! Mmmm...he thinks to himself...I smell barbecue. Wait a second, that's me! Her guilt momentarily assuaged, Michiko moves back to check the chest. Despite her best attempts (even with a take 20) she is unable to pick the lock. I need better tools.

"I checked it for traps, and since I didn't find anything, I went ahead with the lock. Then - shazam - this electric spark flies out and zaps you. And I still can't get the thing open. I wish I had some better tools, then maybe I could do it. I was going to ask you to bash it open, but that may not be a good idea. This magic-goblin-girl may have potions or delicate supplies inside. It will do us no good to smash it open and find only broken glass inside."

What's everyone's current hitpoint status, so I can track the rolls and know when to stop? Including the npc's.
