The city is given a 20.000 population, which includes only combatants - I guess you should multiply the fiugure by three or four. ------------ "And lo, with the scepter of Righteousness hath Justice been Forged."

Posts: 2613 Sep 17 02 9:34 AM Lich Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Incorrect, but an often made mistake. If you note in CSIO, the Overlord is 20th level and he has never been given a name. He is known only and the Invincible Overlord. It is currently unknown as to whom Baralnega is. A usurper? Magistrate? *Quote:* the Overlord himself; LVL: 20, HTK: 69, AC: 2 (Bracers), Scintillating Robe, 4 Ioun Stones, Rod of Commanding, Vorpal Blade +2, Crown of Telepathy, Ring of Regeneration and Necklace of 9 Missiles. These stats will obviously be revised for d20. That would be x4 or 80,000 residents.

I always presumed the name was correct, but the level info just didnt jive. I guess because I presumed that Bob made both products and why would he list anyone other than the Overlord in Map 1. Posts: 979 Sep 19 02 6:38 AM Vampire Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I've invented the tradition that the Overlords of the City State put down their names at the moment they inherit the throne or are crowned respectively. From that day on they're simply called 'The Overlord'. Historical books refer to them simply as 'The thirteenth Overlord' or 'The fifth Overlord' etc. Although some might remember their birth names, these are slowly forgotten over the years. There should be many citizens of the CISO who knew of him as a child, Overlord-Prince Humperdink, or whatever his name was.
