Posts: 12068 Sep 18 06 4:34 AM Death Knight of the Black Rose Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Tags : None Whilst looking through the 2nd hand stock at my gaming store, I've found a sealed copy of the original Betrayal at Bogwater (fourth supplement for Invincible Overlord). Its going for 3 GB (roughly $6US) plus minimal shipping, if anyone is interested. Fingered I'd throw it up here in case anyone needs it for their collection. I'm not asking for characters to be lawful stupid. I want characters who care, who want to be heroes, arent scared of doing the right thing, and players who try to help make the campaign more heroic. Remember, the DM is just as, if not more so, important than the players. Players don't always come first.

These supplements are in no way related to the Judges Guild version of CSIO other than the name ... Mayfair's reimagining leaves a lot to be desired. The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views...which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering. - Doctor Who

I want characters who care, who want to be heroes, arent scared of doing the right thing, and players who try to help make the campaign more heroic. Remember, the DM is just as, if not more so, important than the players. Players don't always come first.

Posts: 3705 Sep 18 06 5:28 PM Necromancer Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I actually found the Mayfair CSIO and the Briarwood Castle/Dungeon expansion module useful. The map are good and the basic shops and buildings with their attendant NPC's are OK. I scrapped all the back ground and authority figures and used the city as Warwick. I even justified the blatant rip-off of the city lay out as the Warwick nobles (originally from CSIO) copying their former city. The other modules for their re-imagined Wilderlands (Calandia) were of no use to me.

Saying that though, there is a chance we might have some good condition 2nd hand proper Judges Guild stuff coming into the shop. If that does, I'll post back in case anyone is interested.
