Well, crap.
Seems that somewhere in the process, the declaration of Open Content and PI got lost.
My intent, when I turned the files over to Bill and Clark, was for all the artifacts to be 100% open content. Thus, only the Foreword, Introduction, and Appendix B: Random Artifact Creation would be closed content.
Assuming neither Bill nor Clark steps in and says otherwise, that's where things stand.
