Posts: 200 Dec 9 04 2:41 AM Ghast Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Tags : None Okay, so NG have loads of modules out now and lots of them interrelate and talk about other modules by NG. So they must surely be possible to set in a setting. The question is, what setting and who has created a map for this? Has anyone linked ToA, RA, Bards Gate, the Grey Citadel, the Vault of LK, the lost city of Barkus, etc, etc, etc and made a quality map of the setting? Does NG have one we might sometime see? Do Clark or Bill have such a map for their home campaigns from which so many of these modules spring? Cheers Blakey I'd rather be defenestrating Chaos Mages.

On the NG website, there are some notes and a rough map or a pseudo-setting that link CoF and ToA. They can be found on the not-so-secret Orucs page. ________________________________ Can't sleep. I have never seen a wilderness map that included the area covered by the NG world and linked the various creations beyond that mentioned from the "secret" page. At one point during their development but prior to publication, some of these adventures were placed in the Wilderlands. I have been waiting for almost 2 years now to learn where they were placed originally--and I continue to wait. Since I cannot DM at the moment, it is mostly idle curiosity, and if I had to, I'd simply place and ignore the suggestions when they arrived, but I'd still like to know.

I used the Wilderlands setting for my Necromancer module campaign. I used Amulet/Crucible, Morrick Mansion, LCoB, Grey Citadel, ToA, and RA. this is how I altered it: Most everyting is around the Dearthwood/City State area. Grey Citadel is on the Old South road trade route heading out of and south of the City State in/near the Mermist Marshes. Reme is way to the East where Ossary is, use my old Lahkmar map for Reme. To the North of Ossary where Lightelf is I placed Fairhill/Crucible of Freya. Tomb of Abysthor is to the Northwest of the City State near Byrny, which doubles as the city/town located near the ToA. Rappan Athuk is in the Cloudwall Mountains to the South West of the Mermist Marshes. Endome/Lost City of Barakus replaces Modron. Morrick Mansion is almost halfway between Modron/Endhome and LightElf/Fairhill, using a straight line between the two. I was thinking of putting all of Lance's Hawkmoon in the area North of Thunderhold and changing the mountains/terrain enough to fit the Hawkmoon descriptions, which considering the scale of the Wilderlands PH map wouldn't require any changing. Except maybe to clarify how difficult travel North of Thunderhold is. But the land mass is large enough for Hawkmoon in that area and mountains would surround it. Just the Sea would be to the North instead of the West.

And Google doesn't have it in the cache. I remember that Clark gave some corrections and details about the map of the differents cities (reme, fairhill, reme, some other I can't recall which was on the east coast near Rappan Athuk), the stoneheart dungeons... -- Shut your cake hole, Skeet.

Being the map junkie that I am, I figure I would have snagged a copy of it but it doesn't seem that I did so. There was a link to the map but it's broken due to (as magoo said) the site no longer existing. However, Goldfish sometimes posts on the ENWorld forums and his User Info listed "Geek Haven" as his homepage. I went there and found an email addy for him. Reminds me a lot of Silverymoon, so I wonder if the bridge has the same properties? There is a rough map available for Bard's Gate. I don't remember if I got it from Orcus' secret page or what, but I downloaded it to my computer. Plus I believe that is where I got terrain maps showing RA's location in regards to Bard's Gate, plus I think it also covered ToA. Guess I need to look at them again.
