Just for a different twist, I offered to run a monster game with some of my former students. They could choose any creature from the MM as long as the ECL was equal to 10 at game time. So, we ended up with a weretiger ranger, a half celestial human cleric, a half celestial kobold fighter, a half pixie half dragon bard, and a kobold sorceror. No rogues. It has been a real hoot watching these guys figure out how DR and SR work on their characters while trying to figure out the traps and puzzles.
