My understanding is that the rights for Razor Coast have been released back to the author, Nick Logue, and it is going to be published in 2008 under his own Dark Vistas imprint. I don't know the exact release date, but I believe it will be soon as I have just finished a free web enhancement side trek for it called Blood Waters, and Nick was in a hurry to get it. Sorry I don't have anything more specific.
