The Infernal, a demon/god crossbreed from the ELH, says Hellball (an epic spell) is one of its spell-like abilities. To activate an epic spell you make a spellcraft check and have to hit the spell's DC. Hellball's DC is 90. The Infernal's spellcraft bonus is +39. Even if a 20 is rolled that's only 59. How is it supposed to activate this ability?
