Also, in the link to the Paizo site for pre-order, it seems like the complete pdf is available now. When will this be available to us subscription purchasers?

Still working on the pdf. Steel Wind has a copy of the pdf proof of the actual hardcover, so it's not the final pdf product. That is a little unintentionally misleading, though, now that you mention it. The actual pdf should be available when the book ships.
