Gehenna isn’t like here, regardless of where ‘here’ is on the Material
Plane. The magic is different, the healing is different, and eating the
local food can cause big problems. This Primer provides Games Masters
essential rules for how mortal Adventurers interact with Gehenna and Inferno. The
Inferno line of game products uses these rules in common, including Journey through Malebolge, the entire Gazetteer of Hell, Samael’s Tower,
and others. The Primer also provides a brief overview of the physical
geography of Gehenna outside of Malebolge (Inferno). This information
should aid Games Masters whenever Adventurers venture onto the Diabolic
plane, especially with the first volume of the Gazetteer of Hell
expected to be released later this year.
