It will consist of a huge volume encompassing all three Necromancer Games Tome of Horror volumes. Release date is Summer 2011, and retail price is TBD. This will be hardcover release. This massive Tome will contain almost 1000 monsters retstatted and reworked for both game systems, all in one place. This is the largest, most comprehensive monster book ever released. Yes, folks, it's true! A major revamp is in the works for ALL of the books in the Tome of Horrors series. This book is going to be immense! Necromancer Games: 3rd edition rules, 1st edition feel! True20: True fun, true excitement, true adventure: True20! Pathfinder: An evolution of the 3.5 rules set of the world's oldest fantasy roleplaying game, designed using the feedback of tens of thousands of gamers. Savage Worlds: Fast! Furious! Fun!

Will this monster of a book include any new creatures (i.e. those that weren't in ToH 1-3)? Though I'm staying with 3.5, I'll still buy this one for sure.

If so that's going to be one massive book i think. Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. Benjamin Franklin For MSG - I am sure you can teach a monkey to scratch his butt, just tell him to watch you. After a couple of hours he should be a master at it.

I'm not sure how much I'm allowed to say even now, but at least one of the monsters I worked on was expanded into a few variants instead of just the singular type it originally had. But as for 100% new monsters, to my knowledge, no, there aren't any completely new ones. But if it's in the Tome of Horrors 1, 2, or 3, it's in there. But for Pathfinder, Paizo has already released several from the ToH, so does it make sense to release the same critters twice for the Pathfinder system? It may make more sense to coordinate with Paizo which monsters they don't intend to include in their Bestiaries and release those (especially since stats for Pathfinder will take up more space than stats for S&W - you could cut some page space with the Pathfinder version if you eliminated the ones they've already done or will do).

In a book of nearly 1000 monsters, a few duplicates are not a big deal. Not everyone will have picked up both Bestiaries from Paizo anyway. There are still a large number of critters that Paizo will never get to. I for one will pick this up. I've got a binder I printed out the original ToH revised PDF into that I would love to replace with a real book. How much are these beasts going to cost. Its gotta be a lot, but worth it most likely. 3. And please oh please do not do a limited print run. Unless I am guaranteed to get a copy of each. Posts: 316 (01/03/11 20:50:57) Necromantic Writer Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	It will duplicate some of the monsters in Bestiary 1 and 2 simply because Paizo could not coordinate with us their plans of what they intended to produce (mainly because they don't know) and we wanted it to be COMPLETE! That said, while they will mainly look very similar to the Paizo conversions, we did not constrain ourselves to their interpretation alone, so there will be some minor variation in some of them (I called them "regional variants" on the Paizo boards) so you can pick whihc version you want to use.
