I have struggled with this a bit. I have several city suppliments from other campaigns that seem like good fits for so many cities in the Wilderlands. There is lots of great material out there. My problem is with these really small populations in the Wilderlands. Most campaign cities you can find are for big cities. All far beyond the scope of the Wilderlands. Then there are those things that just dont fit well, like Valon and its tiny size (smaller than Thunderhold), and its relative proximity to Warwick. How have they kept independence so long? Magic of course...
I found this great city for Tula, problem is, is is so much bigger than Tula (poulation) and it is so much more powerful that Rallu. Thart throws it all off balance.
Has anyone solved this dilemma? Has anyone just thrown out the Wilderlands populations and adopted larger cities? I love the remote feeling of the Wilderlands, but at the same time, it is so hard to find good stand-ins becasue of this.
