Spoilers...
I ran WA as a prequel to Coils of Set last Sunday, in the Pathfinder Beta. Every time I've run WA, it's been with a small, fairly inexperienced party, so I've used an easier WA. With Pathfinder, I just used the 3.5e stats for most creatures, but statted out a new version of Vortigern (below).
Pathfinder is a big powerup, and the players kicked some ass: Vortigern barely escaped with his life, and they nearly got Talon, too. There's a longer description in the Spoils of Set story thread.
Turning seems like it's a lot more powerful in Pathfinder; a 1st-level cleric could destroy skeletons with a lucky roll. I'd definitely use all zombies next time. EDIT To add spoiler tags.
