Fingers crossed, I will be DM'ing the first session of a new campaign on Thursday this week. Most of the players have rolled up their stats, so I am
expecting them to belly up to the table with their characters ready.
I know what the first three words of the campaign will be. Anyone care to guess?

Sounds cool. I wish you and your players good luck with the game, and hope you all have a great time.
I'm going to be starting up a new campaign soon myself. The first session was supposed to have been last weekend, but a player dropped out last minute. So now it's just 3 players, two of whom don't have much experience with DnD (I've found it fun to have newbies at the table). The party will consist of a human monk, a human cleric, and a gnome druid. The first game night now should be next week. I'm finally going to be putting my Kingdoms of Kalamar stuff to use.

Dude, I still love an evening game of traditional DnD with pizza, pop, and folks you enjoy hanging out with. It's one of the finer things in life.
Btw, varianor, I'll be sending you some yuku mail when we get closer to Gencon. It would defnitely be cool to meet you in person. I haven't posted for awhile on the KQ forums because for some reason the boards keep logging me out when I try to post (which is SO frustrating!). |
