Something that has been running around in my mind for those who run more cinematic games: Dramatic Entrance. If a character enters into a suitable
situation,(Combat being the biggest one.) They can promptly unleash an action as a swift action that has a bonus to succeed. A warrior's attack strikes true, a wizard's spell goes off in a flash, and a speedy character can move themselves into a
choice position. It is up for the GM to decide if the entrance warrents a quickened action. One example is that a character who rushes to aid their comrades
due to being seperate may use this rule, but a rogue who darts in and out of combat cannot, since the foes are on their guard.
