These are two of the best NG modules; I own them both. Someone should pick these up!

Aargh! Not right now! I just spent the budget on other things. Oh well.

Yep, I received ToA a while back... simply brilliant. It's up there with Rappan Athuk. And Mesopotamia ... that has to be one of the most under-rated d20
products out there.

Mesopotamia. That's the one I want. One wonders if someday the limited print runs of NG books will actually make them collector's items?

Depends on people's demand for physical copies, popularity of the OGL/3.5 brand, etc...
One of the 'benefits' of older editions of official material is that it's official and those people are generally hard core collectors. |

Well, I went for Mesopotamia. It's not a book that I'm really that interested in, but for a bargain price, why not? If nothing else, hopefully my bid
will get some action going so you get more money.
Why are you dumping all the books? Sick of 3.x and never plan to play it again? If so, there's still maps and ideas that you can transplant into other systems. I've been stealing maps from my 1E and 2E modules for my 3.5 adventures, and my 2nd Edition Forgotten Realms supplements are still awesome for the campaign setting information (a shame the 3.x FR stuff never rose to that level of quality). |

Sen the Collector wrote:I've never actually played 3.x edition. Over the last several years I bought a lot of RPG stuff for inspiration for my Carcosa campaign (which I'm running with the original 1974 D&D rules right now). I've internalized what I need from most of these books. Consequently, they were just sitting unused on my shelves, and I want them to find good homes. Thanks for bidding, and good luck! |

Too bad this is us US shipping only... sniff...

Cool, I ended up winning Mesopotamia. Sorry that the auction wasn't more profitable for you, though, Geoffrey.
Weird, last I knew, I had been outbid. I'm hoping the book has a cool section on deities. I'm only getting it for the sourcebook material, which I understand is only half or less of its content (the rest is for adventures).

Towards the end of the book (in the module section) there is a list with short descriptions of very Clark Ashton Smithian deities.

I am enticed by this bid, but I have to wonder about the whole 4e thing. Hmmm. Since the seller is from the Bronx, if I won could I pick it up instead of
shipping it?

I'm in Colorado. My yuku account must be messed up. It seems that wherever YOU are, that's where yuku says that I am.
I can't tell you how many PMs I've received that say, "Hey, cool! You live here in __________ too?"
Yuku is bizarre. |

I knew something was amiss when Yuku had an old school gamer listed in my wide spot in the road.

I received my copy of Mesopotamia today. Thanks, Geoffrey, for a hassle free transaction!
The deities section of the book is what I had hoped for, and more. That said, the sourcebook section of the book was even smaller than what I'd expected, so I'm glad I didn't pay much more. (No disrespect meant at all to the author and Necro -- I just am not interested in published adventures). |
