Posts: 330 Sep 25 05 5:54 PM Wraith Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I don't know if you would csll it errata exactly, but the Village of Dantell (Hex # 3030 on the Ghinor Map New #14, Old #11) was originally detailed in the Classic JG module. F'DECKFO'S TOMB by Scott Fulton. The write-up in the new Wilderlands of High Fantasy has no relationship to that module. I know that a judge can use which everone he wishes but I thought that the existance of the module should be mentioned. The module along withe the adventure from Issue # 9 of Pegasus Magazine, NIRANG'S KEEP, also by Scott Fulton present a pretty detailed area of that map. NIRANG'S Keep also details the town of Chem as is mentioned under the Chem write-up in TWoHF. Hestrin

Normally, this only affects a monster's skills and number of feats and does not drastically affect game play. The monsters can still easily be used as written in 3.5 without causing the slightest bump in game play. However, if you come across a monster and desperately want it 3.5 updated, post its name and page number here and I will update it for you if it needs to be updated at all. I will also correct any pertinent errata in the stat block. (For example, the Crazy Bird Man's base attack bonus and grapple bonus are 1 point too high ... strangely enough his melee and ranged attack bonuses are correct ... looks like his Weapon Focus feat was included into his BAB and Grapple bonuses ... but hey that's a Crazy Bird Man for ya ... ) Please note that I will not post the entire corrected monster stat block. I will only post the necessary changes. I wouldn't want to give away spoilers to all your players out there now would I?! I will, however, keep all the updated/corrected monster stat blocks to be gathered into a possible download at a later date. Kewl? Kewl. Have these been corrected somewhere? Or should I just go ahead and change the locations?

Apparently didn't make it from Pegasus #8 CSIO installment into the box set. The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views...which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering. - Doctor Who

(Located by old map.) Barnelby Citadel is missing from map #5, hex #2916. Not identified in the errata. (Located by old map.)

While doing my Demography of the Wilderlands PDF, I have stopped counting how many did not match Table 5-2 of the DMG 3.5. (many hundrerds if not thousand). Also, in the racial breakdown, the added numbers do not ends up to the given town size or may exceed it. Again, there is way too many to list here. Note that neither of these two common mistakes are hardly problematic. Just worth to take a quick note of it. -- Shut your cake hole, Skeet. I have been touched by His Noodly Appendage

I've found a few things in the book that aren't on the map, and a few differences in spelling. I'll make note of them and list them here. Here's are a few already: Hex 0125: Southguard Castle is said to be in hex 125 in the book, but the symbol on the map is in hex 124. Hex 0607: The village here is spelled Dungsway on the map an Irungsway in the book. Hex 1815: The village here is spelled Omei on the map and Omen in the book. Hex 2321/2422: Haghill in each of these hexes on the map. The Haghill in hex 2422 should be village of Darkfield. Were the left off on purpose to retain the mystery of the unknown? An example is the Tower of Keystone's Shadow. Posts: 525 Mar 12 07 12:06 PM Spectre Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Comments about the maps 1) The necromancer maps weren't proofed. 2) The maps were based off of the original maps while the authors used the original text list. So any original errors were carried over. 3) Clark and I incorporated information from the Wilderness series of Judges Guild (Custalon, Sea-Rune, Lightelf, Hagrost, Witches Court Marshes, etc). These had extra settlements described and did not make it to the map. Notably the Lumber camps of the Lightelf Gnomes, and Skandik villages described in Spies of Lightelf. I believe Clark worked on adding Dwarf port near Bryny and incorporated the information found in Witches Court Marsh. 4) I suspect the majority of problems are found on Map 5. I haven't done a personal errata on the other maps to be sure. This is probably due to the fact the original 70's Map was done before the other maps. The original Map 5 (old Map 1) was on a different paper, had way more entries, toward the end of the original entries things started to get chopped (like they knew they were running out of space). The map was shifted north a hex row. From Map 8 (old Map 2) onwards things were much more standardized and similar in presentation. For example I totaled all the villages and citadels on all 18 maps. 1/3 of the total are on the 2 1/2 maps I did. Map 5, Map 8, and the north half of Map 11. The same for ruins, and lairs (but not islands the southern maps lead on that) My guess is that they went all out on the first few (1 to 6) and started petering out when they reached the Southern Reaches (Old 15 to 18, New 12, 15, 17,1 My guess also that Map 1 was a proof of concept and the reason there are so many entries is that this was the initial campaign area when Bob's PCs came over from Middle Earth.
