I'll take substance over glitter any day. I'm not really looking at the interior design when I buy a book. ^_^

But, despite layout, C&C still continues to be one of the top selling OGL games out there, possibly the top selling OGL game out there. So I guess fancy borders don't matter all that much. ^_^
